Royal Brongto Hotel has a unique building, because this hotel building was once an ancient house owned by the nobles of the Yogyakarta Palace whose authenticity of the building is still maintained. Located in the south of the Yogyakarta Palace, this area was once an environment where nobles from the Yogyakarta Palace lived, so the nuances of Javanese culture still feel very thick.

There is a regol (entrance) of large size and dark green which is the typical color of the Yogyakarta palace. Royal Brongto Hotel Yogyakarta also has a large pavilion in the shape of a Joglo which until now is still preserved its original shape.

Everything is the best, the room is upgraded to deluxe thanks to the receptionist (forgot the name) is already friendly and can gift 2 boxes wedang uwuh. There are two variants of rooms, but all the rooms use bathtubs, for the price I choose cheap, stay 2 nights, the room conditions are very comfortable, there is a bed (I ordered double size), smart tv, table, and 2 chairs, water heater, bathroom size is also very spacious with a bathtub decorated with a kind of mini panorama. Friendly service, 3 times I asked and 3 times I got a solution and fast handling, this review is to meet the request of the employee (Mrs. Rika) to give an impression message. The location is very close to Alun Alun Kidul, for those who want to go around Alun Alun I recommend it And there are free facilities that I haven't tried, namely the swimming pool and gym. October 2022 is still in the stage of waiting for the grand opening of the hotel which has been hiatus for a long time due to the change of management and the covid pandemic. So the main ones that have been operated today are foodcourts, gyms, and gyms equipped with a set of gamelan (officially owned by RW 08 Kumendaman as a result of the assistance of the relevant department). This gamelan and pendapa may be used by other parties with certain permissions and requirements.
